These terms govern your use of dosyso.com and any purchase you make from DOSYSO Leather Goods Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we email a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in every such case any amount paid is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, major cards, net banking and cash on delivery in eligible pincodes. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Products & natural variation
Full-grain leather is a natural material: grain, markings and colour vary slightly between hides and deepen with age. Such variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. Colours may also render differently across screens.
Warranty
Every DOSYSO product carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Heritage-line products additionally carry a lifetime stitching warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, water damage to untreated leather, or alterations by third parties.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, text, images, and the DOSYSO name and marks — is owned by DOSYSO Leather Goods Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: support@dosyso.com.
