We dispatch every order from our Mumbai atelier within 24 hours on business days, packed in recyclable, plastic-free packaging. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery windows begin from dispatch, not order placement:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- International (40+ countries): 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹4,999 within India
- Orders below ₹4,999: flat ₹149 shipping fee
- Express delivery (metro cities, 1–2 days): ₹349, selectable at checkout
- International shipping calculated at checkout; duties and taxes are prepaid — no surprise charges on delivery
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track any order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Delays and exceptions
During sale events, festivals and severe weather, delivery may take 1–3 additional business days. Made-to-order and monogrammed pieces ship in 7–10 business days, noted on the product page. If a shipment appears stuck, contact support@dosyso.com and we'll intervene with the courier directly.
