Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Within 30 days of delivery (15 days for sale items, refunded as store credit)
• Unused, with all tags attached and protective packaging intact
• Accompanied by the original certificate card and dust bag
• Not a Final Sale, personalised or monogrammed item (returnable only if defective)

How to start a return

Start a return from the Track Order page or email support@dosyso.com with your order number. We arrange a free doorstep pickup within 2 business days across serviceable pincodes. Once the item reaches us and passes a quality inspection (1–2 days), your refund is initiated.

Refund timelines

• UPI, cards and net banking: 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Cash on delivery: refunded to your bank account or as store credit, your choice
• Store credit: issued instantly after inspection, never expires

Exchanges

For a different colour or style, we recommend placing a fresh order so the replacement ships immediately, and returning the original for a refund. For size exchanges on the same style, choose Exchange when starting the return and we ship the replacement as soon as pickup is confirmed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We ship a replacement immediately at our cost — no return inspection needed first. Manufacturing defects beyond the return window are covered by the 2-year warranty (lifetime stitching warranty on Heritage-line products).
