Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not been dispatched. Write to support@dosyso.com with your order number and we will take care of it.

Yes — complimentary signature gift wrapping with a handwritten note is available on all orders. Just mention it in the WhatsApp chat when you send your order across.

Metro cities receive orders in 2–4 business days; the rest of India in 4–7 business days. International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999 within India. Below that, a flat ₹149 shipping fee applies. International shipping is quoted by destination when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

We ship to over 40 countries. Duties and taxes for international orders are quoted upfront when we confirm your order on WhatsApp, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused bag in its original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return passing inspection.

Start a return from the Track Order page or email us, and place a fresh order for the colour you want — that way the replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

Sale items can be returned for store credit within 15 days. Items marked Final Sale and personalised or monogrammed bags are not returnable unless defective.

Our handbags, sling bags and wallets use premium vegan (PU) leather; party styles use rhinestone-set mesh, sequin fabric or rose-textured polyester. Nothing in the range uses animal leather. Every product page lists exact materials under Specifications.

Wipe vegan leather with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry it immediately — never use alcohol wipes or household cleaners. Rhinestone and sequin styles should be dusted dry with a soft brush and kept away from perfume. Store every bag stuffed and in its dust bag.

Every DOSYSO bag carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects such as zip, strap or stitching failure. Warranty claims are handled by our care team with free pickup.
